We are a locally rooted, doctor-led physical therapy team with more than 30 years of combined clinical experience serving the Knoxville community. Our clinicians have been recognized among Cityview Magazine’s Best of the Best physical therapists and bring deep expertise in chronic headaches, TMJ/TMD, neck pain, injury rehabilitation, male pelvic health, and complex orthopedic conditions.

Dr. Michael Blair PT, DPT, MS, CSCS, IMT-C, Cert DN

Dr. Michael Blair combines specialized training in TMJ/TMD, pelvic health, and spine rehabilitation with leadership experience as a U.S. Army Captain. As adjunct faculty in Doctor of Physical Therapy programs and a national educator with the Institute of Clinical Excellence, he teaches other physical therapists how to manage complex spine and jaw conditions bringing cutting-edge, evidence-based care directly to our patients.

Stephen is widely known throughout Knoxville as the “Headache Guy,” having treated over 10,000 headache patients across two decades of practice. His advanced McKenzie certification and dry needling expertise make him a trusted referral source for chronic neck and spine-related pain.
